  Meet the team

  The KIFL was founded by Dr. Ulrich Mierwald in 1992 and has been working on various fields of nature conservation. 
We are a group of well qualified and experienced environmental professionals who enjoy what we do. Our permanent staff consists of 4  biologists, one geo-scientists and one engineer. Four of us are women. 
The extended staff includes a team of experienced freelance scientists.
